The Problem

Small and medium enterprises in Sri Lanka lacked affordable, localized HR management tooling. Manual HR processes created operational inefficiencies across employee management, payroll, and compliance — with no scalable solution tailored to local business requirements.

Architecture

Architected a multi-tenant SaaS platform with ReactJS and Spring Boot, backed by MySQL for structured HR data. Integrated a FastAPI microservice for AI-driven workforce insights, containerized with Docker, and deployed to Azure Web App Services via GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines. Supports full tenant isolation, subscription-based access control, and real-time analytics.
